Redmine has a powerful search engine to locate tickets, documents or Wikis.
Redmine works through a ticket system, a list of tasks. These can be attributed to different collaborators, allowing to divide the workload as well as possible. The Redmine interface is very visual. Tasks can be colored, and a loading bar fills to indicate the progress of the different tasks. Finally, they can have a status (“New”, “In progress”, “Completed” …).
